February 2012 News
The annual membership meeting and election of board members was held Saturday, February 4 at 7:00. We would like to welcome Brian and Monty as new board members who will be replacing Carie and Gordon. We thank Carie and Gordon for serving in this capacity to help make CAFE a great organization. In addition, a big thank you was given to Susan for redesigning the CAFE website.
Furthermore, remember that membership renewals are due. Please mail your updated contact information (especially your email address) and a check to C.A.F.E., 2508 Alton Drive, Champaign, IL 61821-4777. Individual memberships are $15. Family memberships are $20.
January 2012 News
Happy New Year! 2012 started with a bang for CAFE. The January Auction was held Saturday, January 14, 2012 and had about 100 people in attendance. Also, one of our members, Susan Stearns, had an opportunity to redesign our website. You may have seen her at the auction working a way and taking breaks to sell raffle tickets.
Many thanks go to Sailfin Pet Shop for their donations and discount coupons to help make this auction a success.
